EIGHT months and counting since it officially started to monitor the number of online visitors it has and the armm website (www.armm.gov.ph) has reached the 200,000 page visit mark.
The exact figure was at 201,392.
Statcounter.com the attached widget used to record the number of online visitors and popular pages indicate that it was during the month of October 2012 wherein the number of page visits reached a record high of 33,075 page visits/load and 11,334 unique visitors.
Last month’s figures were not far off since the page visits reached 30,961 and unique visitors reached 10,655 but it is remarkable to note that the number of returning online visitors reached, a maximum so far, 2,688.
Through this, one will notice that the ARMM official government website has a steady increasing number of returning visitors and a good number of first time visitors. These increasing number indicates that the ARMM website’s presence in the internet is growing as more netizens are becoming interested in ARMM and the efforts of the current ARMM administration.
The OGP-TWG Information and Communications Office, the office managing the website, attributes this growing interest to the frequent and timely updating of the website with various information that are useful to both ARMM and non-ARMM constituents.
The ARMM website also aims to making transparent all ARMM government records and data such as ARMM budget allotment in the yearly General Appropriations Act (GAA), LGU Internal Revenue Allotment (IRA), Physical Performance Reports, Muslim Mindanao Acts and others.
